Unwilling to address: General: Cisswap (gender exploration, trans headcanons/AUs ok! In fact, I love that!), biological incest (beyond LXC/LWJ/WWX my one exception; pseudo-incest is fine), bathroom kinks, oviposition, extreme underage relationships (<16yo), 1st or 2nd POV, reader inserts, social media/chat fics, mermaid or pirate AUs. I can also be a little picky about Modern AUs (for example usually not into organized crime or entertainment industry AUs) so I would have veto power in those limited cases.

SVSSS: Any focus on ships outside of BingQiu and BingLiuShen or Cumplane friendship. Will do MoShang if there is a big focus on Cumplane friendship as well.

Notes: Blanket permission from the author for podfics would be nice but I am happy to reach out and ask the author for permission.

Experience: I'm a midwestern-born American (rural great lakes state) who has a post-secondary (Master's) degree in molecular biology, microbiology, and biochemistry and have worked in an academic research lab for the past 10+ years. I now live in the Pacific Northwest of the USA, so I can talk about that as well as fact check as needed. I have a special interest in medical knowledge (lol, who didn't want to be a doctor when they were a kid only to go to grad school instead) and know how to find and interpret good information about the field (human and animal) in addition to having lots of family and friends who actually work in those fields. Additionally, I love thinking about the sci-fi future of science and medicine (Trek being the fandom I do this in most readily) and always have such a fun time coming up with the cool science behind some plot-phenomena in a story. Lastly, I'm also up for doing a more general alpha/beta read through a piece. The last fic I beta read was BAMFspock's "Know All Your Enemies" (https://archiveofourown.org/works/38007205) which was written for the T'hy'la Big Bang last year and thus my beta read was completed on a deadline. Alpha reading to me means assisting more with flow, characterization, plot, etc. while beta reading is less development/making sure things are working and more about catching spag/plot holes.
