Experience: I've beta read for a number of fandom friends, including people for whom English is a second language. I enjoy (and I think do a good job of) making sure the story in the author's head is what is being conveyed on the page. My day job also involves a lot of editing.

Notes about labor offered: My beta reads include any or all of: spelling and grammar checks, reviewing characterization, plot, pacing, brainstorming as needed, and general encouragement! Let me know how I can help you make your story be the best it can be!
