Length/scope: One piece, three layers at most (not counting signature and background). In case of Moodboard the basic one would be a three by three (nine squares total).The higher the bid the more elaborate the fanart may be (as in, more layers); or more numerous (for example, if someone would like a book cover, some banners and/or wallpapers).

Especially interested in: In the case of Shadowhunters, I prefer Malec. I'm willing to do other pairings, other characters, as long as they don't break that pairing.
Same principle for Teen Wolf, where my preference is for the Sterek pairing.

Unwilling to address: I won't do infidelity, child abuse, non-con, excessive gore. I'm willing to work with some violence, innuendo (but no explicit sex), even partial nudity (though the pics for that sort of manip but not be so easy to find).

Notes: I have experience with making covers/posters for fanfics, with or without tag-lines. Banners too, if the person prefers, either for a story, or for specific chapters. Wallpapers or banners inspired on specific scenes. It's all digital art, manips. Never done moodboards but I know how they work.
