Length/scope: i can offer illustrations, scene illustrations, character designs, and comics! For Comics, $20 will get you 1 full colored page OR 2 limited palette pages. for each $10 added you may add 1 extra page OR give 1 page a full color palette. For illustrations, $20 gets you the characters fully colored and shaded with a minimal background. for each $10 added the rendering and background will increase in complexity and detail, until its fully rendered.
